The PetChek* Heartworm Antigen Test is an enzyme immunoassay for the detection of Dirofilaria immitis (D. immitis) antigen in canine or feline serum or plasma. A microtitration format has been devised in which antibodies to D. immitis antigen are coated on test wells.
