Do NOT fall for this scam. These people are EXPERT SCAMMERS, and I fell for all of it. They got thousands of dollars from me for services I will NEVER receive. When I showed up for my appointment, which I waited 6 months for, they said my appointment was canceled because I didn’t confirm it.
Poor customer service. Don't believe them when they tell you your contract provides a lifetime guarantee or reduced pricing because they will not honor it. I called for a laser touch up and was told they could not find my records because they purge them every 2 years so I would have to sign a consent form.
Your hair will actually go up in smoke. The customer service throughout has been atrocious, possibly dishonest. Everytime I call my location, I'm on hold for 15+ minutes and the system reroutes my call to their headquarters My contract was incorrect and it's been a saga trying to fix it.
