Editorial Process. What Is Teacher Certification Reciprocity? Teacher certification reciprocity is a somewhat misleading term, as it is often interpreted as meaning that a teaching license issued in one state will be recognized by another state unconditionally.
All applicants and certificate holders will need to complete a one-time registration to access TEACH. Visit https://certificationhub.msde.maryland.gov and select ‘Click here to Register’. Complete all required fields on the Registration page, then select ‘Submit Registration’.
