2 mar 2011 · #1 ·Dec 8, 2023. TLDR: I have a 2021 AWD Pro S, and the OTA update to 3.2.11 was a very smooth, glitch-free process—fast and totally painless. After all the software struggles VW has had since releasing the ID.4, it's nice to see them get something right (for me at least!).

The service visit will include the installation of new version 3.1 vehicle software with feature enhancements, minor bug fixes and security improvements, as well as the installation of a new 12-volt battery and an updated Owner’s Manual. This update is a prerequisite for all future software updates.
