I have just had 120-130 trolls as a task. I did not set a timer, but banking travelling to the ice trolls on jatiszo and killing them took about 15 minutes in total with a cannon. It is probably one of the fastest slayer xp in the game, together with dagannoths.

You can do ice trolls and just kill the ones with low hp from the warriors. Half the exp but still get the drop. Hella ez, just make sure you’re wearing the shield you make in fremmy isles to take less damage
I do on my UIM, this and Black Demon tasks are basically the best way to get nmz points without wasting your time. Pick hard and go to town you get like double the slayer xp, Slayer Helm not that worth it because you have to kill others monsters. Pick ice troll king, aarg and possibly dad but he can lower your xp rates.
Ice trolls (also styled as Ice Trolls) are level 120-124 monsters encountered during Desert Treasure I when the player is trying to get the Ice diamond. Five trolls have to be killed to gain access to the ice cave on the eastern side.

13 kwi 2020 · Do your troll task at the thrower trolls from Desert Treasure. They never stop aggroing. Either stand next to them (they will always attack you on their hill and drag you around infinitely), or place a cannon on the hill behind them or in the yellow square marked below if meleeing.
