Wildy slayer is unmatched, free supplies (blighted restores/mantas/anglers), almost every task is cannon-able or barrage-able, the new wildy weapons give crazy combat exp/hr, and the ammount of points earned per task allows you to skip very frequently, you can basically pick your tasks once you have a slayer point bank built up.

Ice giants are in the ice part of the deep wilderness. They are also in about level 19 wildy in the wildy slayer cave, they drop much more loot here, as they will get rolls on the wilderness loot table.
