The NWEJATC Trust/Committee is a joint labor and management committee (IBEW 191 and Cascade Chapter NECA) which are responsible for the training of apprentices, journeymen, installers, technicians, and all others.
Our apprentices start earning a livable wage from Day 1, while gaining the skills needed to succeed. This includes training from experienced instructors in the classroom and highly skilled journeymen on the job. Prepare for a challenging, yet rewarding career as a lineman!

You may register for CEUs on our website under 'Continuing Education' then Journeyman CEU Schedule and Class Registration. 2023 NEC Update: Covers the significant changes to the 2023 NEC. This is a required class for all WA license renewals.
