Apply online at Unemployment Benefits Services by selecting Apply for Benefits. Log on with your existing TWC User ID or create a new User ID. If you cannot apply online, call a Tele-Center at 800-939-6631 during regular business hours. Continue to meet ongoing eligibility requirements.

On ApplyTexas, you can complete the following tasks: Create an account on ApplyTexas. Then, write down the username and password that comes in your confirmation email. Enter your personal demographic information, as well as your educational history. Include the high school and any colleges you’ve attended (if applicable).
Wondering about the status of your application? You can check it online! 1. You will need to activate your NetID to check your status. 2. Log in to the TXST Admissions Status Portal with your NetID and password. 3. Submit missing items to complete your application.
