If I put the paper on frying pan, I thought I could grill stuff on the paper without having to put oil & don't have to clean the pan, since I can just trash the paper?...
Leave the pan on the high heat until it starts smoking - then turn off the heat and wipe the pan with a dry paper towel again to make sure there is no standing or residual oil. This sounds like a lot but it's really just a mini-seasoning.
