Select Forgot Password or Username? on the Roblox Login page. You will see the “Recover your Roblox Account” title on this Recovery page. Enter your email address in the box. Press the Submit button. Make sure to add the valid email address.
I Forgot the PIN. Once a PIN is added to an account, it will be needed to make changes to the account settings. At this time, users and their parents/guardians will not be able to manually reset the PIN if it is forgotten. Customer Support will need to assist with resetting forgotten PINs.
Thanks to ROBLOX issuing a mandatory password reset some time ago, I'm locked out of my account until I can find the connected email. Of course I understand this could've been avoided had I kept up with the various emails I made some years ago, but ROBLOX should also have a proper support team!
