26 mar 2024 · It comes down to customers that use the service centers mostly having not just bad but horrible experiences there. If yours is good, great. But don't ignore the vast majority of others experiences. Hyundai needs to fix their service centers and train their mechanics.
She starts the car, the check engine light is on and it won't go move than 5 mph. Shit. She takes my car to work and I try to call the nearest dealer. Their service dept is super busy and can't take anything towed in, and tell me to call Roadside Assistance.
