12 mar 2021 · Our results reveal that almost 6 of 10 children presenting to the PED with reported cephalosporin allergy exhibited exclusively low-risk symptoms. The most common low-risk symptoms were rash and itching that occurred greater than 6 hours from administration of the antibiotic.
