23 lut 2011 · This is a security issue, assuming the links you're talking about are link to web sites. You can control this behavior by configuring the Trust Manager under "Edit > Preferences > Trust Manager > Internet Access from PDF Files outside the web browser > Change Settings".

Those steps didn't resolve the issue, however, after further research, I did find security software was removing a "script" from the PDF. After preventing this from occuring, the links now work.
