When I check the monitor refresh rate on my PC, it shows as 60Hz at 2560x1440. I already tried the advanced display settings and couldn't change it higher: https://imgur.com/a/vyPB5u7. Note: When I plugged in my work Mac, I was able to get 144Hz to show.
DP1.2 will not be enough for 3440x1440p 10bit 144hz. Check if the monitor has some DisplayPort Version control in the OSD to switch between DP1.2 and DP1.4. Test the second DP port as well. It might be worth to also try out HDMI in case it actually has HDMI 2.0.
