Forgotten the Wi-Fi password of the mobile router. If you forget both the router's login password or the Wi-Fi password, restore your router to its factory settings, and follow the instructional manual to reset the router.
Method 1: Through the AI Life App. Connect your phone to the router's Wi-Fi network. Open the AI Life App, touch the corresponding router to access the router management screen. Then go to Show more > Wi-Fi management > Wi-Fi (or go to Network > Wi-Fi management > Wi-Fi directly).
Open an Internet browser on your phone or computer. Enter the default IP address in your browser address bar (check the nameplate on the router for the default IP address). In the login window, enter the login password for your router and select Log In.
