Solution. If the computer's network icon indicates that an error occurs when you go to Network & internet > Proxy and the computer cannot connect to a network, refer to My HUAWEI computer cannot connect to a Wi-Fi network to resolve the issue.

Go to My PC/My Computer ==> There you will find your device as one drive, double click on it ==> it will open that drive which contains some files ==> RUN autorun.exe == > wait for few seconds. ==> your USB modem will work perfectly fine.
