The VP2 is 4896 x 2448 resolution (11,985,408 pixels). That's 31% more resolution than a 4k monitor (8,294,440 pixels) and the 2070 Super is like a 35ps 4k card. I am not sure why such a weak card would be used to drive one of the most graphically intense panels on the market.
FoV wise, with thinner padding, the Vive Pro 2 is a pretty nice jump over non-Pimax headsets and a moderate jump from the Index. but otherwise it doesn't feel like it's making a real next gen leap.
