3 paź 2024 · When choosing relics for Kafka, we recommend boosting her speed, attack%, energy regen, and break effect. When leveling up her skills, you should prioritize her ultimate, then her skill, then her talent, then her basic attack.
The speed breakpoint chart assume constant speed. Your kafka starting speed is around 150 spd (1 payn stack + rm spd buff) so you need to compensate with few extra speed to get 2nd turn in 2nd cycle.
Zero-Speed Swan will always want to use IPC over Glamoth, as IPC’s buff isn’t locked behind certain Speed breakpoints. The additional EHR it provides also loosens the stat requirements for her, potentially allowing for more Attack rolls. TL;DR: Only use a Zero-Speed build if you run her with a fast Kafka.
Generally speaking you want Kafka to be as fast as possible. Kafka triggering her skill on them it will allow all of the DoTs applied through your whole team to trigger twice a turn as opposed to once when building her with high speed.
