24 paź 2022 · I'm using an HP USB-C G5 dock on my HP 840 G5 now and no problem so far after 3 years. I also tested the dock on an HP Envy 15-ee0047nr machine and a Dell 2-in-1 13-7xxx. It is TRUE single cable connection for the 840 G5 but not for the Envy and the Dell.
16 kwi 2024 · I'm using HP USB C dock G5 with Dell latitude laptop. La ptop use Intel Iris Xe graphic (from Intel i5 11 series). All components are updated to lastest version (laptop drivers, bios, dock firmware). My problem starts when to dock are connected two monitors, one with 2k and second 4k.

USB-devices connected to the dock not working on the laptop. Most of the time the issues can be remedied temporarily by rebooting the computer or disconnecting the dock charger. But the problems keeps coming back. We have tried: Upgrading the dock firmware. Installing the latest network drivers.
