19 wrz 2019 · I have a HP ZBook Studio G4 Mobile Workstation, with 2-off USB C ports. I have successfully been using these ports, via 2-off USB C to HDMI Type C Thunderbolt cables, to connect 2 external monitors. All was fine and functioned without issue. These now do not work and the displays are not recognised.

19 lut 2023 · When I plug it in my laptop is being charged and mouse connected to monitor also works, but picture is not shown. On monitor I can see 'Scanning for signal' message and after that 'No USB-C signal from your device'
11 sty 2024 · Tested with fresh installs of both Windows 10 and Windows 11 using multiple display/adapter combinations plus HP docks (all confirmed as working before testing) and all drivers including dock drivers up to date no external monitor is being recognised via USB-C.
23 mar 2023 · My primary monitor (monitor 1, AOC C27G2ZU/BK) works just fine, but the secondary monitor (monitor 2, DELL U2412M) is not displaying anything. Both are detected by Windows (Windows 10 Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045) but there's no signal on the second one.
