5 sie 2021 · I have an HP Spectre x360 15-ch011dx Convertible purchased 11-2018, Windows 10. I updated BIOS 5/14/2021 per online suggestion. As well as updating display drivers on 7/7/2021 and 7/28/2021. This issue has basically plagues me since I purchased the laptop but seems to be getting more noticeable.

I had my HP Spectre x360 14-ea0023dx plugged in to the official charger, and it randomly turned off. Now, it will no longer boot. Pressing the power button causes the power led to blink on an off (white, if that's useful information).

Webcam stuck with shutter and the camera's shutter key is not functioning and has a light indicating that it is always toggled and is unresponsive when pressed. This started after the Windows 11 update that also updated the BIOS.
