27 wrz 2024 · The latest version as of Jun, 2024 is 154.2.1072.0 (USA English). If you do not have this version then go to the Microsoft store, find HP Smart, and click "update". If the button "update" is missing then you need to run WSRESET from the Windows search bar. HP Smart is used to configure new printers.
22 lut 2021 · Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit) My printer stopped scanning today - I am able to print, but when I try to open HP Smart, it won't load and either closes out completely or it will sit on the "Loading HP Cloud services" screen and not do anything.
9 sty 2021 · I have an old HP Officejet 3830 that works perfectly but after the last update (ver. 122.1.778.0) i never been able to scan from my HP ProBook (Win 10, 64 bit). It try to load "HP CLOUD SERVICE...." and then return to HP SMART APP home page without open scan page.
27 lis 2020 · However, the scanning is working directly from the printer or using other scanning applications, the problem is with HP Smart only. I tried all the possible fixing methods described in HP Support including HP Print and Scan Doctor without success.
23 lut 2024 · Reinstall the HP Smart app: Completely uninstall the HP Smart app from both devices and then reinstall it from the official source (e.g., Microsoft Store for Windows 10, or directly from HP's website). This can help if there was a corrupted installation.

16 mar 2022 · When I run HP Smart it will see the printer and print sample pages, but when I check the second page it will say my printer is offline. When I select HP Smart SCAN option it will not SCAN. If I run the Windows 10 SCAN App it will SCAN fine.
