I ran a Battery Check using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics and it passed, but the Test Log shows the following - I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me what I might be able to do to fix it based on this?

20 kwi 2019 · When hovering over the battery icon, it says plugged in, not charging. I have updated the bios, power cycled the laptop, run the support diagnositc, and confirmed that the laptop will stay on/turn on when plugged in with out a battery. What else can I do to resolve this?

When you power on your laptop, if your battery is under 95%, you will see the message "Plugged and charging" until the battery charge reaches 100% (not 95%).
