13 kwi 2023 · The problem is that the wireless keyboard/mouse combination is bonded by a radio transmission key and frequency to its dongle from the factory. You will need to replace the mouse/keyboard combination. The new combination set will have a dongle that is part of the set.

7 lis 2014 · Here's what I could find online: Dell C-UV35 USB Wireless Bluetooth Receiver Dongle. Does yours look like this? If your keyboard & mouse are Bluetooth then any Bluetooth dongle should work.
5 sty 2023 · We support numerous Dell products and recently we have been purchasing keyboard/mouse combinations. Most recently KM5221W. We have misplaced several of the dongles or they have been broken by our end users and would like to order replacements for the KM combos.
