Absolute scam. Absolute scam! HP Instant ink quoted back my description of their service as "exploitative". I was subscribed for 4 years, had to buy my own ink when it ran out, then had a lovely condescending explanation from customer care about how you don't pay for ink, but instead a service. There was no service what so ever.
WARNING: New customers do not enroll in the HP Instant Ink service. At first sight it does seem like a good deal because but the catch is that you can only use their cartridges if you have a subscription.

3 paź 2023 · I believe that under the name of HP Instant Ink, they are engaging in fraudulent activities and taking advantage of customers like me. If we don't diligently monitor deductions and printer usage, we risk being cheated out of our money through automatic payments.
