  3. 13 mar 2012 · All rotary cutters cut pretty much the same. Buy a good one (read expensive) if you are going to use it a lot. The rotary cutters are separated by their longevity. Thicker sheet metal and a hefty gear box make a difference after several years.

  4. A basic Howse Model 500 should cost $480 to $520 (Arkansas price). Slip clutch and chains are options. The Squeeler will be a lot more. Both the Howse and the Squeeler are utility rigs. King Kutter makes a comperable rotary cutter that falls somewhere between the Howse and the Squeeler in price.

  6. 16 cze 2014 · I have an old and rusty 5' Howse rotary cutter. Just got a new drive shaft for it and ran it this past weekend on my Ford 3910 and it worked real well. Having never checked the blades on it I decided to do so.
