You want to use your brush or broom to scrub this over the concrete and allow it to sit for at least 10 minutes so that all of the acid is neutralized.
This can be done by using a neutralizing solution such as ProClean Neutralizer™ or mixing 1-2 tablespoons of baking soda with a gallon of water and spreading it across the slab.
