Any time I try to use Reddit on Safari on my Mac, I have several issues. First, every page I go to I get a red banner at the top that says "We had a server error...". When I go into my profile to see my comments / posts, it incorrectly says I have not commented / posted yet.
In Safari, there's a «Quick Website Search» option: Safari Preferences. With this «Quick Website Search» enabled, Safari automatically recognises fetched OpenSearch specs (e.g., Reddit has its own spec, too), which allows doing a quick search like this: Quick YouTube Search
My experience with Reddit is awful in Safari on MacOS (latest update of Ventura). Everything is so slow and clunky. Typing in the search Reddit box at the top takes forever. NSFW and Spoiler posts don't show a normal image and have no "play" button to show content.
