I want to see if this extension let me use the main YouTube search bar while helping me look for videos made by multiple content creators I've subscribed to. The YouTube browsing experience is the absolute worst.
You might be better off searching in a general search engine like DuckDuckGo and then clicking on the Videos tab. (Even using Google search might be better, but that's the same company as Youtube, so results might still have similar manipulation.)

Just use google. Type site:youtube.com, a space, and then whatever you want to search for. Well you can use quotation marks on regular YouTube search to search for exact terms. Also, you can add "before:YYYY-MM-DD" to only get results from before that date. This works very well in my experience.

There is no guide telling what a particular setting does after turning on or off. So here I will provide details of most of the YouTube Revanced Settings one by one with images. Enable wide search bar. Hide album cards. Hide breaking news. Hide community posts. Hide crowdfunding box. Hide feed surveys. Hide 'For you' shelf in channel page.
