25 lut 2024 · So far I was able to connect the controller to my PC. Then I've noticed that Minecraft Java doesn't support controllers by default. After a bit of research I've come across a Youtuber who recommended Controllabe, in combination with Forge. I'm able to run Minecraft with Forge, however I can't select Controllable and my controller isn't working.
The mod I recommend is the Joypad / Splitscreen mod. I use that one and it works well. Being that you are using an Xbox controller, it is natively compatible and should be detected with no problems (as Xbox controllers use XInput).

I used logitech profiler software to use my logitech controller on minecraft, it worked perfectly! but i had to set it up myself. Takes a few minutes to set up Sometimes you have to get creative, for example logitech doesnt have a mouse wheel option but luckily minecraft lets you scroll through items with 1-8 so i used that instead.

I plan to improve and maintain it, so feel free to check it out and comment.For now it supports basic controls, menu navigation and inventory screens.Please note that this is different than the joy2key or xpadder method, as it allows you to control multiple Minecraft windows at a time (each with one joypad).
