13 lis 2024 · In a separate bowl combine the cream cheese and seasonings. Using an electric mixer beat the cream cheese and seasonings until smooth. Fold in the shredded white cheddar cheese and the craisins. Roll the cream cheese mixture into a ball. Place into the walnuts and carefully cover on all sides. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 24 hours.
Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours. When ready to assemble the turkey, remove the cheese balls from the refrigerator. Roll each ball in the remaining chopped bacon until coated. Place the large ball on your serving tray. Cut a triangle shape out of the bottom of one of the mini bell peppers.
