Go to the Mail app on your Mac. Choose Mail > Settings, then click Junk Mail. Click Reset. In Mail on your Mac, mark emails as junk or not junk, and refine the junk mail filter so Mail can identify spam and junk mail more accurately.

24 sie 2021 · You can uncheck any of: Sender of message is in my Contacts. Sender of message is in my Previous Recipients. Message is addressed using my full name. You can reset the junk mail database. In Mail > Preferences, under Junk Mail, click Reset.
