Reduce the consequences of being killed. Make lots of backup gear. Ideally have enough surplus equipment - or a way to obtain it, such as stored reserves for villager trading - that you can write off a death as a learning experience and not sweat about it.
My minecraft solution was to do caves on peaceful otherwise I'm scared and jumping around every corner ahaha. It helps me knowing there's no monsters to get me, also you could try bringing a pack of dogs down with you into the caves for added security. Okay it is weird but...

6 wrz 2019 · Turn the keepinventory rule on. Set the difficulty to Easy. Next, set up some command blocks to automatically teleport all hostile mobs to the void as soon as they spawn (refer to the wiki and commands subforum for info on this).
26 maj 2021 · Best way to stop being scared of hostile mobs is to simply avoid them outside of situations you can control. So instead of caving, mine, sleep at night, stay in small caves in the nether, and always have armour on.

Use /effect give @a minecraft:saturation 99999 10 true to keep the hunger bar full for all players. Adjust @a to your username or @p for the nearest player.
1 mar 2023 · Figure out what you're afraid of and just eliminate the issue using commands/datapacks/mods. Afraid you will die and not be able to find your stuff before the timer is up? Get the gravestone datapack--it tells you where you died and holds your stuff in a grave until you can get it.
