You can adjust the size and scale of elements graphically or by entering a scale factor. You can resize multiple elements simultaneously. The Scale tool is available for lines, walls, images, links, DWG and DXF imports, reference planes, and the position of dimensions.

I do not know what the original image size is and was hoping that revit has a tool similar to fusion 360's calibrate. or additional tips to precisely scale the image. thank you
