6 mar 2024 · All you need to do is select the 2G/3G option and avoid using 4G or LTE. Go to Settings > Mobile Service > select your eSIM from the SIMs list > Voice & Data > select 2G or 3G (if possible). I believe the main issue lies with the 4G/5G network settings in iOS.
