18 sie 2019 · I'll give you all possible fixes that are working for others for webcam problems. If you need help performing any steps I am standing by to help. 1) Try resetting the Camera app at Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Camera > Advanced Options.
I've spent 4 hours trying to find a way of fixing the problem permanently and came to the conclusion to uninstall the camera in an attempt to install it back following the "scan for hardware devices" button.
