The CIA test full form is the Certified Internal Auditor exam (a 3-part test) from the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). Instead of just a simple CIA form to fill out, candidates must register for and pass the CIA exam and meet education and work experience requirements before the IIA will issue the CIA certification.
