I've printed a few Blu Ray covers and Genesis covers that way and I haven't had anyone yet that can tell they aren't original. Soon I'll be starting on my Nintendo and Atari games. I usually download the art, size the file in indesign and output and trim to size to fit the specific case. Best bet would be to download the art and get the files to size as pdf files if you're trying to print at kinkos or something, and then take a thumb drive or whatver in when you go to print.
