I suggest also watching Sylas one tricks on youtube or twitch, for youtube i recommend watching "Armooon". He explains quite a few things in his video and you'll get a better idea of how to clear as him for the jungle role as well as other lanes. Hope this helps.
In my opinion, there are only two good ways to play Sylas. Either you play as an AP assasin or an AP bruiser. Unfortunately, Off Tank and Full Tank builds don't work as well as they used to.
