If you have a PayPal account, you can use it to pay for your items on eBay. You can also link your PayPal and eBay accounts so you don’t need to enter your details each time you pay at checkout. To pay with PayPal, select PayPal as your payment method at checkout and enter your account information.
So far, eBay has only bypassed the balance and just went straight to the backup method even with more than enough balance available (i.e. $25 bid/best offer, balance $100+). Is there a way to get it to use the balance on the eBay side?

Ways to pay. In most categories, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and PayPal are accepted. You'll find the payment methods accepted by going to the Shipping and Payments section of the listing. Checks and money orders aren't allowed for most eBay purchases.
