I used to be able to buy things on eBay using "Buy it Now" or when I won and auction and it would give me the options at checkout to use my existing PayPal balance. Now, it only gives me the option to use my credit card or paypal, but when I click to select paypal it wants me to add a credit card.

So far, eBay has only bypassed the balance and just went straight to the backup method even with more than enough balance available (i.e. $25 bid/best offer, balance $100+). Is there a way to get it to use the balance on the eBay side?
