Disable “enhanced mouse precision” in advanced mouse settings (for gamers only). Set resolution and refresh rate to monitors rated resolution and refresh rate. Overclock CPU (Warning: for advanced users only). But you can use google for guide.
Watch this video if you haven't already. This is probably the best thing you can do to help speed up Windows 10 and boot times. Alternatively, download Bloatbox (video is highly recommended).
