16 cze 2016 · 1. Using process explorer to find handles for "outlook", and kill all process that get hold of it, such as powerpoint, bluejeans, excel, and etc. Then delete or remove the folder "C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook".
22 cze 2016 · I am working on a Surface Pro 4 on Windows 10 with Office 2016, and one of my clients is coming across this error. Originally Outlook was unable to open and gave this error, but since then I have deleted that profile and created a new one, which has allowed Outlook to open.
