3 gru 2015 · Two part answer. #1 - Yes it has to be done on a one by one basis in terms of moving sub-folder items to a new folder. #2 - Process is (in case this isn't what you meant by "copy 'n paste". a) create a new mail folder that you want to use. b) open each sub-folder. c) Ctrl-A to highlight all items.
Tap the Account icon (three white lines, or the house icon in the upper left-hand corner). Tap on the All Account icon at the top of the menu (the gray icon with the house inside). This will open your consolidated/unified inbox.
I have 3 outlook email accounts that I have to go into the inboxes individually to view. I have been able to combine all of the inboxes on my phone app, how do I set it up to view all of them in one inbox on my desktop?
15 mar 2023 · The only way to have all email accounts deliver emails to the same <Inbox> would have been if the accounts were configured as POP accounts which allows for POP accounts to the same PST file to deliver to a single <Inbox>.
