This will immediately send your sims into labour so you better already have a baby room ready and be emotionally prepared for crying if you play with sound on.
Next type in sims.add_buff pregnancy_inlabor to make your sims go into labor. If you want a certain trimester type in sims.add_buff pregnancy_trimester1, 2 or 3. I don't think they would ever make it so that you can start the game off with a pregnant sim.
