If you want to make it as easy as possible, you can actually set a personal email address up as a Microsoft account when you go to create one. There will be an option to use your own email address, that way you do not have to create an entirely new email address.

I wanted my Edge browser to be signed in by school email address but due to this conundrum I can not. Its so easy to do it Google Chrome, but it is being so frustrating to do it in Microsoft Edge due to me being forced to create a Microsoft account. Please provide me a fix for this. Thanks.
