Im a webkinz classic player and i thought it would be cool to try out webkinz next. I doenloaded the app but the login and returning player buttons are greyed out. I tried the app and i was met with the same. How do i make an account? Do i have to have a plushie first? Or can i buy a digital code? So confused!! Thanks to anyone who can help!!
Maybe making a free account first, then adding the code to that account. Make sure you aren’t using any special characters in your username. And try using a different username, especially a different username from your old account, hope this helps!
