27 lut 2019 · I have my dictionary defined to “keep together” anything after Mr., Mrs., Ms., Dr., etc. But I realized when I used Case Prep that it didn’t happen. Did you know there is an orphan option where it will keep all those titles together?
To make a job dictionary, Press Alt + F (File), then New, the Dictionary, then Job. Where it asks you to enter the job name, type in PUNCT and enter. You will be in an empty dictionary.

When I D-define something, it goes into the user's update area, and every few weeks I will send that to my client so they can look through it and add what they want to their personal dictionary.

Case CATalyst first checks the Spell Check wordlist for a match. If no match exists then Case CATalyst attaches the combined root word and suffix without any spelling changes. For example, you write STOP /-G. The dictionary define for the steno outline STOP is "stop" and –G is {Suffix}ing. The result is "stopping".
