10 sie 2018 · There should be fresh mastic or caulking to seal the chrome latch track to the door inner edge, then slide the glass as needed to install the screws. Latches can be installed after. Some tape on the outside of the door window opening can help prevent dropping the glass through the hole.

3 lut 2012 · for the outside trim you use the mk3 chrome if you fancy, sliding channel rubber - there is cheap £/m out there. use 5mm lexan/macrolon etc, buy a sheat and use a rabbit saw and go to work, do them about 1" taller than mk1 window, if you don´t have any mk1 windows to hand just do a template.
