Oblivion Mod Manager (abbreviated OBMM) is a modding utility created by Timeslip. It allows the user to install and organize mods, organize the load order of mods, and implement multiple types of archive invalidation.

Let me give you a link to a great program, called 7-Zip File Manger, it will open those files that the computer cannot usually open. Such as, zip, .rar, .7z, and many, many more! The link is Here! Once you have sucessfuly downloaded that, you will need to download a mod.
